1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all paid courses, subject to the following conditions:
- The refund request must be made within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase
- Less than 25% of the course content must have been accessed or completed
- No certificates or downloadable resources must have been claimed
- The request must be submitted via email to Support@extraskills.live
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for a refund:
- Courses where more than 25% of content has been accessed
- Courses purchased during special promotional offers or flash sales (unless otherwise stated)
- Bundle packages where any individual course has been accessed beyond the 25% threshold
- Free masterclasses and downloadable resources
- One-on-one mentoring sessions that have already been scheduled or conducted
- Any service where the deliverable has already been provided
3. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:
- Step 1: Send an email to Support@extraskills.live with the subject line "Refund Request – [Your Order ID]"
- Step 2: Include your full name, registered email, order ID, and reason for the refund
- Step 3: Our team will review your request within 3–5 business days
- Step 4: If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method
4. Partial Refunds
In certain cases, a partial refund may be considered:
- If a course is significantly different from what was advertised
- If there are persistent technical issues preventing course access that we are unable to resolve
- Partial refunds will be calculated based on the remaining unused portion of the course
5. EMI and Instalment Plans
For courses purchased through EMI or instalment plans:
- Refunds will only apply to the amount already paid
- Any EMI processing fees charged by the payment gateway are non-refundable
- Outstanding EMI obligations remain the responsibility of the buyer until the refund is processed
6. Course Cancellation by Extraskills
In the rare event that Extraskills cancels a course or batch:
- A full refund will be issued to all enrolled students
- Alternatively, students may opt to transfer to the next available batch at no additional cost
- Refunds in such cases will be processed within 7 business days
7. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us:
- Your course access will be immediately suspended
- We reserve the right to pursue the matter and provide transaction evidence to the payment provider
- We strongly encourage resolving issues directly with our support team first
