1. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration

2. Course Access and Enrollment

Upon successful enrollment and payment, you will receive access to the course materials for the specified duration. Key terms:

• Course access is granted for personal, non-commercial use only
• You may not share, redistribute, or resell course content
• Access may be revoked if you violate these terms
• Course content and schedule may be updated at Extraskills' discretion

3. Free vs. Paid Content

• Free Content: Free masterclasses, blog articles, and downloadable resources are provided as-is. Extraskills reserves the right to modify or remove free content at any time.
• Paid Courses: Paid courses require full payment or an approved EMI plan before access is granted. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.

4. Payments and Refunds

• All payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways
• Course fees are non-refundable once access has been granted, except where required by applicable law
• EMI options are subject to third-party terms and credit approval
• In case of payment disputes, contact us within 7 days at Support@extraskills.live

5. Certificates

Certificates of completion are awarded upon successful completion of the course requirements, which may include:

• Attending a minimum percentage of live sessions
• Completing assigned projects and assessments
• Meeting any additional criteria specified in the course curriculum

Certificates are issued digitally and represent completion of the program. They do not constitute a degree or formal academic qualification.

6. Code of Conduct

By using our platform, you agree to:

• Behave respectfully towards mentors, staff, and fellow learners
• Not engage in harassment, discrimination, or abusive behaviour
• Not share or distribute course materials without permission
• Not use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Not attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise our systems

Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Extraskills platform, including course materials, videos, images, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the intellectual property of Extraskills or its licensors. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission
• Create derivative works based on our content
• Use our trademarks, logos, or branding without authorization
• Screen-record, download, or rip course videos

8. Third-Party Tools and Services

Our courses may reference or use third-party tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, Canva, SEMrush). Extraskills is not responsible for:

• Changes to third-party tools, features, or pricing
• Any issues arising from the use of third-party services
• Third-party terms of service or privacy policies

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we strive for accuracy and quality:

• We do not guarantee specific career outcomes, job placements, or salary figures
• Past student results do not guarantee future outcomes
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

10. Modifications to Terms

Extraskills reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend reviewing these terms periodically.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Durgapur, West Bengal. Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation.
